Maveena provides a premium service that focuses on 1-on-1 training with a 100% personalized curriculum at a much lower cost than our competitors. Most other providers offer minimum (if at all) personalized training with a cost that can easily reach 5-8x our own.
We strongly recommend that you have at least some basic understanding of Python and SQL. Our program will heavily use these languages, including projects that you will design and develop. If you don't have much experience, then you will need to work hard and be highly dilligent to learn throughout the program.
Our program is heavy in programming/coding, particularly in Python and SQL. The reason is that we believe future data analysts will be expected to be more technical, and our goal is to prepare our students for this. However, we will also provide a lot of guidance and support to maximize the chances of your success in the program.
As with any other service, we unfortunately can't guarantee job placement, as this depends on your past experiences, interview skills, job market conditions, among other factors. However, we will work directly with you to figure out the best strategy to tailor your resume and even perform mock interviews to help you prepare.
We offer up to 6 months of career support after earning your certification (only available for the Certification Path). This includes career planning and strategy, resume tailoring, mock interviews, and anything else that we can do to help you land your next job as a data analyst.
We highly recommend that you have at least a proficient grasp on algebra, and preferably calculus. The basics of statistics should be enough, as well as probability theory.
No, we don't require homeworks and exams in the traditional sense. The reason is that we don't believe that an extensive array of homeworks and exams provides the best support to learning data analytics. Instead, we offer a project-centric approach to help you design and think through projects, while also helping you through the development and execution of the projects from start to finish. Data analytics is a great example of a field best learned by "doing", and we intend to keep that approach in the program.
For some students, the minimum number of months may not be enough time to properly learn and master the various areas of data analytics. This could be due to a variety of reasons, such as a busy schedule or personal learning style. In these cases, we offer a discounted monthly rate to extend the program as much as you need to achieve certification. Note that we evaluate each students individually to determine their qualification for our certificate.
Currently, we only support English. We expect that you have native-level proficiency in English, and can communicate well both in written and verbal forms.
Since we hold our certification to the highest standard, we can't guarantee that every student will be qualified after the minimum number of months. This directly benefits you as a student as it doesn't force a set time period on you (you can extend on a discounted monthly basis), and it indirectly benefits you by strengthening the certificate's repute and credibility. However, we will always aim for the minimum number of months, and make adjustments as needed.
